- 2½ teaspoons of loose leaf jasmine tea (4 bags)
- 2 cups hot water (195ºF/90ºC)
- 2 teaspoons sugar or 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 cups cold water
Brew tea in 2 cups hot water for 2½ to 3 minutes. After brewing, add sugar or honey. Next add the cold water. Serve over plenty of ice. I like mine with a bit of vanilla coconut milk.
I have always gotten the ratios wrong whenever I’ve tried to brew loose leaf iced tea. This recipe solved that problem.
